Office Info


At IHC, we view your first office visit as an important beginning to the patient-physician relationship. This initial visit builds the foundation for our mutual commitment to achieving and maintaining your state of wellness. It also provides us with an opportunity to assess your health in an organized and comprehensive manner, and to determine how best to support you.

First Office Visit
This visit is between 45 to 60 minutes in length and consists of an interview detailing your medical and dietary history and a physical examination. This information helps generate a comprehensive treatment plan.

Subsequent Office Visits
Adequate time, approximately 20 to 30 minutes, is given to assess your ongoing plan.

Ongoing Phone Support
We believe strongly in the importance of providing you with easily accessed phone support where you can talk directly with Dr. Pram and Dr. Mark about your immediate health concerns and their management.

Insurance
Currently we do not participate with any health insurance companies. However, as a courtesy to out patients we will submit your insurance claims through our billing company. Please bring in your insurance card at the time of your visit.

For those who have been adversely challenged by these economic times we have designed a special “Advantage Family Plan”. It is applicable to those who have no insurance or who cannot go out of network for their care. It goes into effect after the initial office consultation. Please call the office for details.

Monday-Friday… 10am-1pm and 3pm-6pm
Wednesday …… Closed
Saturday ………. 10am-1pm. Closed every 5th Saturday.

On occasion we may be closed due to holidays, inclement weather or that we are attending a professional seminar. Please call the office and listen to our voice mail recorded message.

Voice Mail
From time to time, the front desk may be busy attending to other patient needs or on the other line and will not be able to answer your call. Please do not hesitate to leave a message on the voice mail so that we can get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Appointments
Kindly notify the office 24 hours prior to cancellation.

Due to our environmentally sensitive patients we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne and after-shave.

We also ask that you do not bring food or drink into the office due patients with severe food allergies.

To respect the comfort of our patients we ask that you turn off cell phone.

We provide water, herbal tea and soothing music while you wait.


Emergency Calls
A 24-hour telephone emergency service with a physician is available.
