Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, light touch, hands-on type of bodywork that utilizes the natural energy and intention of the practitioner and transfers it to the patient to correct restrictions and imbalances within the craniosacral system (brain and spinal cord), fascia (connective tissue), joints, nerves, blood vessels and lymphatic system.

Craniosacral was originally developed in the 1930’s Dr. William Sutherland who studied the cranial sutures and movements within the cranial bones. In the early 1970’s Dr. John Upledger rediscovered the cranial rhythm (cerebral spinal fluid circulation) during a spinal cord surgery and resurrected the therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy is used to treat migraines and headaches, chronic neck and low back pain, motor coordination impairments, infantile disorders, traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries, TMJ, learning disabilities, post traumatic stress disorder, orthopedic conditions, autism, attention deficit disorders, chronic sinusitis and many others conditions.

Dr. Pram has an intuitive, uncanny ability to tap into emotions you aren't even aware of (she gets to the root of the problem quickly). She is especially attuned to female problems and has eased my perimenopausal systems significantly. I feel like I call her with any problem and it's never insignificant to her.
