I first came to IHC in 2002 as a patient. In my first meeting with Dr. Pram, a trust was formed when Dr. Pram said, “let’s find out why this is happening.” She was the first doctor who made perfect sense. When you get to the root, find the cause, the "cure" is inevitable. The holistic approach in treating the body and mind with compassion was the solution.

Dr. Mark also treated me with craniosacral therapy. This form of energy work was extremely healing. A very strong and deep patient/doctor relationship developed. A commitment was made to continue on a healing path.

Both doctors work together as a terrific team and I believe in their philosophy and dedication, having experienced it first hand. As “fate would have it” {or was it … "manifested"?} that a part time position at the front desk opened and I applied for the job. My extensive business background and my belief in the practice was enough to get started. That "little part time job" became a full time opportunity, which led to becoming an integral part of an amazing, dedicated team.

As Administrator at IHC, I am involved in all aspects of managing the practice and most importantly, working with patients to insure all their needs are met with compassion and understanding.

On a personal note, I meditate daily and practice yoga and Qi Gong. Whenever time allows, I love working with glass designs. I enjoy the arts and traveling.
